Job Title: HR Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to manage the initial recruitment and onboarding process for our marketing and program management interns. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
Act as the first point of contact for applicants, answering queries and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Assist in coordinating interviews, onboarding, and training new interns.
Maintain an organized database of applicants and track hiring progress.
Develop and refine HR policies, internship agreements, and onboarding documentation.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple hiring processes efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Practical experience in HR and recruitment.
