Job Title: Program Management Intern

We are looking for Program Management Interns to assist in planning, tracking, and managing ongoing activities, ensuring smooth execution across various teams. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain real-world experience in project and program management in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
Oversee and manage the execution of tasks using Jira or other tracking tools.
Assist in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, task delegation, and planning.
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Document meeting notes, write task descriptions, and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate between teams and help streamline communication and task handovers.
Assist in strategic planning, research, and execution of initiatives.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other task management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about AI and business operations.
Hands-on experience in program and project management.
Mentorship from experienced professionals.
Exposure to real-world project execution in an AI-focused company.
